Bank is governed by Board of Directors. Bank’s Board comprises of prominent personalities from all field of the Society. There are Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, Industrialists and Traders on the Board of the Bank.
The Board has always given priority to the interest of Bank’s Depositors who have placed their hard-earned money with the bank. Therefore, the Board has adopted a policy of care and vigil in selecting the business proposals on merits.
Bank has four branches in Ahmedabad City only. All branches are fully computerized and have been operating on a Core Banking Solution since June 2007.The Bank provides various services to its customers in a personalized environment.
Bank’s Deposits up to Rs. 5.00 lac is insured with Deposit Insurance & Credit Guarantee Corporation of India and Bank is regularly paying its premium.

Bank Established
Textile Traders Co-operative Bank Limited was established under Registrar of Co-op. Societies, Gujarat State vide registration number 51993 by Late Shri Chandulal B. Satia (Founder Chairman) and Late Shri Hiralal H. Bhagvati (Managing Director).

Operations Commenced
Bank started its operation in a rented premises at Maskati Market.
26th August 1986
RBI Banking License
Reserve Bank of India issued banking license bearing number UBD.GJ.516-P dated 26th August 1986 to the bank.

Core Banking Solution
All branches are fully computerised and working on core banking solution.
